PhotoKenya Learning conducts classes every Saturday from 9:00am –12:00 noon and on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 9pm at our studio on State House Road, Nairobi. This regular class usually has an average of 10–15 students. Intakes for this course happen in January, April, July and October of every year. The cost per student is KES65,000 for the 13 week course. We have several other scheduled practical learning sessions over and above the weekly lessons mentioned above.
If the team at your company, institution or NGO needs to sharpen their skills in professional camera handling, PhotoKenya Learning can tailor-make a training programme for you. We can come to your office for weekly lessons, or the classes can happen at our studio, or we can vary both venues. We prefer classes of 3 people and above for this plan. We can also advice on the kind of cameras and equipment to buy. The average costing for this is KES300,000 for the whole team. Get in touch for details.
If you have an irregular schedule, you travel a lot, or cannot attend any of the weekday or weekend classes; PhotoKenya Learning’s flexible and personalized lessons are your best option. These classes are still crafted from the weekly regular approach in terms of teaching modules. The sessions happen depending on the student-trainer schedules, and are very flexible in terms of day of week and time of day as well as location. You can also enroll ONLY for the lessons/modules that you feel you need.
